Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times
United States: 5–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when offered, will be applied automatically.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at help@petluvy.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Address Changes
We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been processed. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
