REFUND POLICY

All Sales Final
All sales on Petluvy are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products except in the limited circumstances described below.

Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us at help@petluvy.com within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos clearly showing the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will send a replacement or, at our discretion, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable
Outside of defective or damaged products, the following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or partially used products
  • Shipping fees
  • Orders past 14 days from delivery
  • VIP Club membership charges (see our Terms of Service for details on the VIP Club)

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
