TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Petluvy ("Petluvy," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of petluvy.com (the "Site") and any purchases or memberships made through the Site. By using the Site, placing an order, or enrolling in our VIP Club, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Site or make a purchase.

2. Products and Orders
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.

3. Payment
By placing an order, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and recurring membership fees as described below.

4. Petluvy VIP Club Membership

4.1 Enrollment
You will be enrolled in the PetHelp VIP Club ("VIP Club") if you do any of the following:

  • Purchase any product on the Site, OR
  • Opt in or affirmatively choose to join the VIP Club at checkout or via any VIP Club enrollment offer.

By completing your purchase or selecting a VIP Club enrollment option, you expressly consent to enrollment in the VIP Club and to the recurring billing terms set out below.

4.2 Trial Period
Your VIP Club membership begins with a 12-day trial period starting on the date of your initial qualifying purchase or enrollment.

4.3 Recurring Billing
At the end of your 12-day trial period, the payment method on file will be automatically charged $39.95 USD. Thereafter, your payment method will be automatically charged $39.95 USD every month on a recurring basis until you cancel. You authorize Petluvy and our payment processor to store your payment method and to charge it on a recurring monthly basis for as long as your VIP Club membership remains active.

4.4 VIP Club Benefits — $39.95 Monthly Store Credit
For each $39.95 monthly billing cycle, you will receive $39.95 in store credit to use on the Petluvy VIP pet help store. This credit can be applied to any eligible product available in the VIP store.

  • Credits are issued each billing cycle as long as your membership is active and in good standing.
  • Credits replenish every month. Each new monthly credit replaces the prior month's balance — unused credit from previous months does not roll over or accumulate unless expressly stated.
  • Credits have no cash value, are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied retroactively to past orders.
  • Credits are valid only while your VIP Club membership remains active. If your membership is cancelled or terminated, any unused credit balance is forfeited.

4.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your VIP Club membership at any time by contacting help@petluvy.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your then-current billing cycle. You will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycle once cancellation is processed. To avoid being charged for the next monthly cycle, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

4.7 Updates to Pricing
We reserve the right to change the VIP Club price, billing frequency, or benefits at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material change before it takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including logos, product names, text, graphics, and images — is owned by or licensed to Petluvy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers
Products sold on the Site are intended as dietary supplements for pets and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any new supplement regimen. The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Petluvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your purchase of any product, or your VIP Club membership. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or VIP Club membership after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Petluvy operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
